Renters Shocking Destruction Revealed by Hilarious Agent Video!

It’s super important to screen your tenant applications carefully. Of all the bad things a tenant can do to landlords, one of the worst things they can do is ruining the property. Unfortunately, new landlords tend to learn this lesson the hard way.

An older couple decided to rent their home when they moved instead of selling it as an investment. Their decision to be a first time landlord went sour when they saw the damage their first tenants left them.

The one good decision the couple made was to find a creative real estate agent to try and save the day. They needed an agent who knows how to take a pile of lemons and make some spiked lemonade with it.

Meet Richard Faulkner, of the Gittoes real estate agency.

“I have been doing this for 14 years and I have never come across a property like this before,” he said.

Faulkner decided to use a bit of “Viral Marketing” and make this hilarious virtual tour for his clients. “I decided some brutal honesty, Queensland humor, and a great price would get this pig sold quickly.”

After watching this hilarious video, I’m sure the property got all the attention it will need to sell quickly. Well played Mr. Faulkner, well played!
