My current real estate attorney is not familiar with this type of transaction, since it involves additional documents and protections for the buyer beyond a standard closing.
Can anyone recommend a Florida attorney — preferably in South Florida — who has experience handling foreclosure redemption transactions, distressed property acquisitions, or assignments of redemption/equity rights?
Looking for someone who understands:
redemption/payoff timing,
escrow protection,
assignment documents,
foreclosure procedures,
and investor-side protection.
Any referrals or guidance would be appreciated.ry paperwork to protect the buyer.
