I'm sorry to hear that you are leaving us, but we cannot offer partial refunds. Each month you buy a ticket to get through the door, you can use that ticket everyday, or just once or twice, it costs the same. Canceling your paid membership simply stop the billing for next month's ticket (memberhsip) and you get to use the membership the rest of the cycle that you bought it for.

No, we don't. You need to do your own due diligence. Buy a title search, do your research, talk to a real estate attorney. Do not buy any of these properties if you don't know what you are doing. Get Educated or become well advised by professionals!
Yes and No. We have created a website that has all the properties in it and easy ways to create lists WITHIN the website itself to your specifications. We cannot print these lists out and mail them to you, it would be too costly in both man hours, printer ink and postage. You also would not get them in a timely manner, they would all be sold before you got to sort your paper list to read it!.
