It would depends on the size of the portfolio that you are managing and the number of assets. I have used software from a company called Lumentum for larger portfolios and they have a fantastic piece of software that tracks interest earned, redmeptions, etc.

Hi Grace, it's really a mixed bag. In terms of foreclosures most of Colorado is online, and one or two counties in New Jersey is online. I am sure there are a few more but most Trustee sales or foreclosure sales are in person still.

In general yes. In the case that the mechanics lien is from a home builder it can survive a purchase money mortgage foreclosure.
