Have you thought of doing a mini type syndicate with friends and famiky? Giving them a projection of what their Return on Investment would be once the property is sold?
Not if it is a foreclosure property that is listed on the county auction site. You can obvioulsy do a drive by and see the outside condition that could give you some sort of indication of the inside, especially if it looks run down. You could also knock on a neighbors door, if it feels safe to do so, and ask them about the inside condition of thier neigbours house, or if it looks like there is no one living in the house that you want to bid on, then you could, at your own risk, take a peek th...
Hi John, this also depends on your location. If you want to see the land that you are bidding on, it kind of makes sense to be within a certain radius of where you are located so you can scope it out. Good luck!
