A rising tide lifts all boats and the population continues to grow so housing will always be in high demand. One presidential candidate has promised to build 3 million new homes in the next 4 years if she wins.
So new ground will be broken as raw land is cleared for new housing -- generally in areas outside of the accepted city limits. Those new subdvisions in SLEEPY ENCLAVES will fall under the category of EMERGING REAL ESTATE MARKETS
