Rights and liabilities between the Certificate of Sale, and the Certificate of Title
Hi everyone, after winning an auction, paying all the fees and receiving the Certificate of Sale, but before receiving the Certificate of Title.
• Can we enter the property if non occupied?
• Do we have any liability if some gets hurt on the property, or other liability?
• What happens if the house gets destroyed, catch on fire, etc.?
