Absolutely, those don't go away in Florida at least.

City and county lien
I'm researching a property the bank is foreclosing on. Preliminary title search also shows a city lien and a county lien recorded the same day as the bank note but they are not listed in the final judgement. Will the city and county still need to be paid after auction?
