Check if your HOA documents specifically mention "change in control of an entity." If they don't, then it's a no-brainer. Always check with your attorney first.

Can I sell a property purchased at foreclosure without HOA Approval?
I purchased a townhouse 3/2 in Lakeworth Beach, Fl under a company name. The property finally has a mortgage forclosure date that I want to sell the HOA rights. The unit will sell for 470,000 at it's lowest price. The lien is for 290K and I want 70K. I would like to sell the company if I have to, to avoid HOA approval. Is this an option?
Thank you,
