I’ve been a Premium member for a while and it definitely helped shorten the learning curve for me. Foreclosure investing is not as simple as just bidding on a property and getting a cheap house. There can be title problems, liens, HOA balances, occupancy issues, and other risks that beginners often do not know about until it is too late. One thing I liked about Premium is that members get access to a step-by-step e-book that explains how foreclosure auctions work and how to buy properties the right way. It helps break down the process in a way that is much easier to understand when you are first starting out.

The Premium membership also gives you access to research tools, title searches, auction data, alerts, and educational resources all in one place. My advice would be to spend some time learning and watching auctions before placing bids with real money. A lot of new investors lose money because they rush in too fast without understanding the process. If you are serious about learning foreclosure investing, Premium is a good place to start because it gives you both the tools and the education to avoid expensive mistakes.
