Hi Grace, it's really a mixed bag. In terms of foreclosures most of Colorado is online, and one or two counties in New Jersey is online. I am sure there are a few more but most Trustee sales or foreclosure sales are in person still.
Most counties in the country are NOT online. Even in states that have some counties online there are others in same state that are not. It's a mixed bag, over the next 10 years that will change.
