I have access to a lot of Residential Properties in the top 10 neighborhoods in Minnesota that are REO or have just come out of foreclosure that offer significant returns. I once owned a subprime mortgage company where I close 100 loans a month and I have four pages of paid off mortgages although my credit report is quite old IE more than 10 years. purchase Prices range from $150 to 500k with rehab cost running anywhere from $15 to 60k.
