Hey John, the answer will depend on your goals and risk tolerance. There are areas that have very marketable land like Lee and Charlotte counties but you will face significant competition. You can speculate on property that may not be as marketable now, but may have potential in the future like Volusia or Putnam counties. These would carry a bit more risk, but could see some great returns as well.
