It would depends on the size of the portfolio that you are managing and the number of assets. I have used software from a company called Lumentum for larger portfolios and they have a fantastic piece of software that tracks interest earned, redmeptions, etc.

I'm looking for a software solution to help track and organize tax certificates after purchased and eventually tax deeds. Does anyone have recommendations for an already developed and perfected software? I'm hoping to avoid using Excel and would prefer a dedicated tool.
