How to Register for a Foreclosure Auction

Within approximately 10 minutes you can register for a foreclosure auction for any of the Florida County Foreclosure and Tax Deed auctions.  You simply need to know your name, physical and email address.  Once you submit your registration you confirm the email address of the account and you are officially registered for the county auction.  It really is that simple!

There are three types of county foreclosure & tax deed auctions in Florida depending on the county you are registering with.

Most of Florida that has online foreclosure or tax deed auctions uses a web based service from the same provider named “Real Auction”.  The registration process on these sites is pretty simple, and we have created a

to show you the process.   This same process would apply to any of “Real Auction” based county auctions which currently include these counties:

  • Bay County Foreclosure and Tax Deed Sales

The second provider of county auction software is a company called Grant Street Group.  The counties it provides services for are Palm Beach County and St. Lucie County.   The registration process is the same for both of these counties and is simple and straightforward as well.  We created a step-by-step registration walk-through video for you with Palm Beach County so you can see how it is done.   These are the Foreclosure & Tax Deed Auction sites Grant Street covers:

  • Broward County Tax Deed Sales

The third type of foreclosure & tax deed auction are not online yet.  These counties you will need to physically goto the Clerk of Courts and provide your registration in person.  All bidding is still done on “The Courthouse steps” and live in person.  The registration process is also pretty simple, but it is done with a pen and paper in most cases, and therefore we will not be demonstrating it for this article.

As you can see from the steps above it’s pretty simple to register for a foreclosure auction, it just takes 10 minutes and some patience with forms. Once you have completed your registration, begin looking for a foreclosure auction near you!
